I have a huge amount of international pressure on me to act one way but would like to be independent. Should I press on with my current nuclear programme or should I take the technology on offer?

    A tricky question. Just remember that no one likes a bully, let alone two bullies working together. However, no one likes the individual who constantly provokes others either for no reason. The line you need to tred will be somewhere between the extremes probably. Don’t give in, but don’t be a prat. Above all, don’t use the technology for anything stupid.
